MTNL reduces STD charges to Rs.1.30/- w.e.f. 18.05.2008 (Maharashtra/Goa/Other States) Outgoing local call charges to all other local n/w calls reduced to Rs.0.90/min. w.e.f. 26.01.2008 The monthly service charges have been reduced to Rs. 399/- for this plan on MTNL Mumbai local n/w' w.e.f. 06.11.2007 MTNL GSM launches Unlimited local call plan on MTNL Mumbai local n/w for Dolphin customers w.e.f. 12.09.2007 Migration from any other plan to this plan is permitted.
