• MTNL GSM reduces the Local call charges to other cellular network from Rs.1.20 to Rs.0.90 per min. w.e.f. 01.03.2008
• MTNL GSM reduces the tariff of Dolphin Jeevan Sathi Plan from existing Rs. 400/-* to Rs.299/-(exclusive of taxes) for all categories  w.e.f. 01.09.2007
• Migration from any other plan to 299* (exclusive of taxes) scheme is permitted.
• No local/STD deposit for working & retired MTNL/BSNL/DOT employees.
